consists of demolition and reconstruction of the northbound
and southbound bridges of I-55 over Rte M, newly constructed
exit ramp to Rte M, and the addition of a new lane and
shoulder in both directions between Rte M and Rte Z.
Other improvements include asphalt overlay of existing
lanes, new drainage facilities, and rehabilitation of
existing weight scales into commuter parking space.

Ballas Road. The work involves expansion joint replacement,

structural steel painting. Multiple traffic control
stages allows work to progress while maintaining traffic
through the corridors. |
