The New I-64 Missouri Department of Transportation – 2007
$420 Million Design Build
The largest highway project the Department has ever let, this Design Build contract includes removing and replacing over 10.5 miles of interstate and 29 bridges. MBI is part of the Gateway Constructors team that also includes Fred Weber, Inc. and Granite Construction.
Olive/I-170 Interchange Reconstruction

Missouri Department of Transportation – 2006
$26 Million

Improvement to the interchange includes the construction of a new 170 Bridge over Olive Blvd, realignment of 170 and reconstruction of the portions of Olive to accommodate the new single point interchange. MBI and MoDOT have worked together to accelerate this project by 10 months and have it open prior to the closure of the west half of I-64 in January of 2008.
Lambert TW F-S, Phase 1

Lambert – St. Louis International Airport
$6.75 Million

This project includes the partial reconstruction of TW F and includes over 30,000 SY of 18 or 24 inch pavement. The project is staged to minimize impacts to airport vendors while minimizing impacts to operations.
Smiley Road Reconstruction

City of Bridgeton, MO
$2.4 Million

Reconstruction of 0.6 miles of Smiley Road starting at Old St. Charles Rock Road and heading south. The reconstruction of the street includes approximately 10,000 SY of 8” Non-reinforced concrete pavement.
Highway 40, Lake St. Louis Blvd. to Interstate 70 Missouri Department of Transportation – 2007
$23 Million
This project is the last of the series to bring Highway 40 from Downtown to Interstate 70 up to interstate standards. This 2 mile project includes new concrete pavement, a new interchange at Prospect Blvd and rehabilitation of existing structures and a new structure over Pereque Creek.
Lambert TW F, Phase 2 Lambert – St. Louis International Airport - 2007 $6.3 Million This project includes 26,000 SY of 18 and 24 inch pavement in between the two sections of the first TW F project MBI was awarded earlier this year. This single staged project will also be completed while minimizing the impacts to Airport operations and is scheduled to be complete by Thanksgiving, 2007
